Warranty and Return Policy

We do not accept returns for quilt patterns. 
We will replace any quilt pattern free of charge if any part of the pattern is missing or we will email the missing information.
We strive to make our patterns error free and you can help us.  If you find an error in our patterns
please contact us.
You can help us  improve our pattern. Please contact us if you have a suggestion for improvement.

We do accept returns for our quilt and quilt kits if they are returned within 7 days. The customer must pay the return shipping costs.
We will refund the customer as soon as we received the returned quilt or kit.

Privacy Policy

We will not share your personal information with anyone unless we receive  written permission from you.
